First noticeable Mod’s have begun

So I have finally added the plain grill. I was going to go for the irmy grill but really could not warrant the cost if I did not like it. Went for the cheap £30.00 option to see if I like it. I am going to stick with it for a bit as EVERYONE who has seen the car says it looks completely different, to be honest I love it and I look at it once or twice every time I walk away from the car ……..sad I know.

I have also started to de badge (first to go were the side Elegance badges) and I am about the take off the rear signum and round VX badge. However, cant bring myself to take of the 2.0T, its sad but I am proud of my “T”

Do you think dark headlights would be good? and any other suggestions are always welcome, car was dirty when i took photo.......my bad.

Definately Darker headlights... im not a fan of chrome at all.. but its a bit like marmite

what wheels do you have? that can change the looks dramatically

also depends how mad you want to go, be careful though once you start the modding it quickly snowballs (trust me i speak from experience

)

VXR rear diffuser

Irmscher front Lip

After that you'll never get anything done as you'll just stare at the car all day

Got the standard 15's, really not sure what to do n that front someonw said to get some snow flakes but I love the comfy ride.

Ian, they look amazing..............I'm sold!! Also, your bonnet looks really good, mine is terrible for stone chips. I am hoping for a dry'ish weekend to get some decent detailing done.

Arnie, grille was from ebay, really impressed for the price. I know a few people who have purchased an Irmy badge and screwed it on to save some money. Quality is good. So many people comment on what is different about my car.

For the front end I'd say dark headlights and dark fog surrounds (also hate chrome),for the surrounds maybe even do them with carbon film rather than painting them

Here ya go fella, these are the ones I bought. Perfect fit, just transfer the adjuster motors and bulb fittings over from the old lights to the new and you're done. About a 20 minute job all in for both sides.
