Part Number request

Got my replacement manifold but as usual, Sod (or Murphy) has laws and with me, they always apply.

So, the connecting piece of plastic from the actuator to the manifold is broken on one of the lugs. Great. £140 plus VAT for an actuator but, can this plastic piece be bought seperately?

If so, anyone know the P/N?

Just a thought but you may be able to make one up using ball joints from a model car. My son used to race a car called a marder and they have ball joints on the suspension links that maybe the same size , there are several model shops that sell parts for these cars , and although they sound like toys when you mention models i can promise you these things are far from toys and all the parts for them are quality bits .
ps you could always search ebay for "marder parts".

Too late, couldn't find a P/N so had to order a new actuator instead.

The PN is clearly shown on the EPC, the dealer is at fault if they have told you to buy a complete actuator. Ask for your money back & have them supply the component!

Autovaux - guy said the part was not available seperately.

Thing is, would take until at least Tuesday to send it back, then would take another day or 2 to get new bit then got to get the car back together. Already been carless since last Thursday - its getting desperate now.
