B***** ARB Bushes!

its not going right for me today, dodgy control arms and now this. gave the stealers the part number from my front arb bushes, 24428002, and ordered what they said is the replacement bush with part number 24460832 and it doesn't seem to fit.
im guessing there shouldn't be a gap like in the pics and i'll need the bigger ones?

the size should be stamped on them and on your old ones

it will be ok when you tighten the bolts back up , thats if its the same part number of the other bush bush

edit looking at the pic again it does seem like a big gap

mine looked like that when i did mine even with a small gap after i had tightened them up,but i took it out for a five minute run and with the movement of the antiroll bar the gap closed up.

Done bushes on a couple of cars and agree they do always seem to have a gap prior to nipping the shackle up and after a few miles they bed in well.

when clamped down it should close the gap. dont forget they have to be a tight fit, to clamp onto the arb, if they closed fully they wouldnt clamp tightly

Cheers guys. It seems that they are the correct bushes as the part numbers come back as 24.2mm and 24mm . Time to get the car up again.
