    Default Car booked in for dmf and clutch in glasgow

    Hi finally booked the car in to get the dmf and clutch done tomorrow.Got a really good deal too after phoning round loads of places.For supply and fit of a Luk clutch and dmf and for them to pick the car up and drop it off the next day all in £569.

    Wow - that's a great price, I trust it also includes the clutch slave cylinder? that can be £100 in itself.
    Seems the going rate is over £400 just for the parts......

    Yes i asked them to make sure there wasnt any hidden extras and they told me everything that would be included.I had checked on ebay for the parts and the best i could see was about £470 for the parts plus delivery so really pleased.

    Well thats me got the car back delivered to the door.End up costing me £604 as they has to replace a slave cylinder pipe that they had to cut off for some reason.Big diffrence when lifting the clutch pedel and not hearing that rattle.
