Default Network Q warranty claim advice

Hi my little bro has just brought a corsa d design and within 2 weeks got a scratching noise when turning right from the steering column. Vauxhall have lubricated it but it's back within 2-3 days, now vauxhall say network q won't replace it as the steering works even tho I tried to explain it must be defective for it to make a noise?

Phone VX customer services. You may need to kick up a bit of a stink, but you should get a response. Also talk to Network Q direct, as they're usually pretty helpful.

I found going down to there service department at the busy periods when there is a few customers there and explaining you got this dangerous car from them and they could not find the problem, Will they have another look or your going to take it for a independant inspection at there cost usually gets them off there back sides.

So does Trading Standards and good old Watchdog.

Go back to the original sales outlet, ideally to the original sales person
    Demonstrate the fault and noise

If the repair will not be authorised, then advise you want to reject the vehicle
Also, if on a finance agreement, contact the finance company and advise them the car has a fault that the manufacturer will not attend to

dont take any **** mate, ive been here a number of times, best thing to do i would say is call trading standards just to log it, they will advise you to do a letter explaing the fault and what you want the outcome to be and send it off to the dealer recorded delivery, even better get another garage to do a check on the fault pay if you have to and send them a copy of the report saying you want the money back for it and travel expense

The car comes with AA cover
Call them, they should be willing to come out, examine the fault, and report accordingly, all free too
