    Default Is omega wheel fitment same as vec c?

    Hiya, theres sum wheels i mite buy that was on an omega, they are et40... What is this and wud they fit vec c? Gud price they are 19" fox evo 4's wi legal tyres for £230, that good?

    wheel goes straight on but tyre size will be different so will alter speedo a little, well worth it for that price though imo

    ET40 is fine on a 19" wheel with the correct size tyres.

    Offset is how far the wheel sticks out and ET is how its quoted.

    Ok, very interesting link.... but going off at a very slight tangent how does the info cast into the inside of my GSi alloys translate ?
    Sadly, I didn't take a piccy while I was refurbing my spare alloy (and it's far too cold to go outside and look), but the tag on it reads :

    Vauxhall Vectra Phase 2 (643135)
    Wheel Alloy
    GSi 17in .7 x 17 ET41
    Pt No 13131083 5 stud fitment

    Obviously it's a 17in rim, but what's the .7 part about ?
    I'm sure there was something J in the casting mark too ?
