DVLA just sent me a road tax renewal form (V11) and it doesnt give me a 6 month option... only 12 months

The cost is....

The only problems in the past 12 months are:-

- Clutch master cylinder failed after 4000 miles (replaced under warranty)

- Odometre flashing (fixed under warranty with proxy alignment)

- Tyres are wearing close to limit after 9000 miles (due to spirited sideways driving )

- Hazzard warning lights flash repeatedly very quickly when Brake assist is engaged (... its just embarrasing )

- Everyone says lovely car, the missus must be really happy with it... errr no... its my car

Yeah I did look at the Toyota IQ (free road tax) but couldnt get past the plastic nasty dashboards .... no no no nasty

and the silly thing is... you still have to complete a form and file it with the DVLA... and they still send you a road tax disc with £0 on it

I actually think thats the lowest car tax I've ever paid for a car in 20 odd years of driving



Mind you, the reverse can be said of the VXR unfortunately
