how do u take off the maf??

as above need to remove it but cant seem to get it off am i missing something?

it should be bolted/screwed into place and normally has a sealed sticky gasket holding it in place to prevent air escaping past it it might just be stuck in place try a bit of gentle wiggling

mine was very tight on the oldz20net when i removed it to clean it

seen the two screws but they look different to anything ive seen before anyone know how to unscrew them?

Are they wormdrive clips? Should imagine they are. Just anti-clockwise enough so there's a fair bit of slack without pulling it all the way out. The pipe will be lose then. Will just pull off.

EDIT: Was thinking about the MAF unit, not the sensor itself. Sorry. Should imagine they're just torx screws? Are they star shaped?

yh they are torx shape but in the centre it has a round bit so i can get a torx bit in it, if that makes sense ill have to take some pics in the morning to explain better
