Yes, contact your local authority Anti Social Behaviour team
It is an offence to make excessive noise between 23:00 and 07:00

My younger brother is a copper and he was on duty on Friday night. They were called to a bonfire night do that was getting a bit silly and someone chucked a firework into the bonfire. It went off and hit Richie in the eye . He's ok now but was worried for a good few hours.

Its time fireworks were by organised display only and should only be manufactured to orders taken from professional display teams.

Couldn't find the cat on Friday night. Eventually did.....behing the sofa curled up in a ball
