    Default upper control arms grrr

not sure how many has changed these on the vec c rear, but what a ball ache.

tried my best to undo the two inside bolts on either side but couldnt for the life of me, so ended up removing the rear sub frame to do.

If anybody is going to do this make sure you have a free afternoon first!!

i imagine somebody is going to tell me know another way of doing this but the bolts were completlt seazed

not too bad a job really, 3hrs on axle stands an hour if you get into someones garage and borrow their ramps.. Best bet is to go above the sub frame with extension bars to get to it..

it gets easier with experience, first time it took all afternoon, then only 3hrs, then 3rd time on the ramps just an hour
