rolleyes the price of going to see a 3d film

right guys yesterday i went to the cinema to see due date it was between this and jackass 3d .i went with my missus and my daughter bearing in mind this was off peak around 4.30 on a friday afternoon and it cost almost £20 this film was not 3d film this is before you buy any juice at £2.80 or s slushie at the same price.now before we went in we priced tickets for 3 adults to see jackass 3d and was shocked at the price of £12.50 each although this was including the price of the 3d glasses so if i went back and took my son as well who wanted to see jackass with us it would have cost in the regions of £50.at least dick turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he was robbing people. now i know its a 3 d film and by the way it cost extra if its not off peak and it was adult tickets as jackass is a 18 but makes me wonder who the jackasses actualy are? the 1s in the film or the 1s going to see it? lol ok childrens tickets will be cheaper for a 3d film but look at it this way if you have say 3-4 kids and there is 3 big blockbuster 3d films out that month and they want to see all 3 just think of the cost no wonder piracy is rife i honestly cant blame them.

It's seriously expensive isn't it. I went to see Toy Story 3 in 3D with my girlfriend a few weeks after it came out and was shocked at the prices. It was £19.50 or something for both of us and that wasn't in the posh seats!

I must say though, Jackass in 3D will be brilliant in my eyes. A lot of people don't like it, but I do!

Total rip off, no wonder so many people download stuff. I'm tempted to go watch skyline but it will be cheaper to wait for the blu-ray

Thats exactly the reason people download. The gf, 2 kids and I go to the pictures and its best part of £50 gone after paying £4 for 20p worth of popcorn!

one of my local ones is pretty good ( east grinstead) its nice and its only abouit £5.50P to get in if you pay 50p extra you get big arm chair type seats but they are a smaller chain of cinimas, also in oxted there is an every man cimima ( small chain again) same sort fo price, but its an old theater and has seats in teh balcony which are £1.50p extra, plus they come round with ice cream and stuff liek the old days, on the other hand i think the big cinimas in the area charge way over that price, yes they show a larger variaty of films, but they also lack the atmosfear, teh seats are nasty and hard and the picture isnt as good as in the two i mentioned before. so i generaly go for little sort of indipendant cinimas if i can find em

Thankfully a problem i'll never have.

I don't have binocular vision so the 3D doesn't work for me.

    Cheap Cinema tickets.
