got mine. now doing 625mpg.on a long run and 95 mpg round the city. all joking aside i do have one. F1-z fuel saver.

it lie'd it did f**k all. got it when i was a bit green. i found keeping the car looked after did a better job and not driving like a fruit loop saved on fuel. still got it but as a reminder not to buy s**t of e-bay and it's still in its box
