Vectra C Sluggish and Sounds rough after MOT

Just had my veccy c in for an MOT, the car was a little sluggish before hand but now it is really sluggish, no pull at all and the engine sounds rough (though this may be just been paranoid), any ideas? It is a 55 1.9cdit 120, with 110K miles, the timing belt was replaced 6 months ago (@ 95K miles).

Could be a number of things. Partially blocked EGR or boost sensor.
Could also be caused by the MAF or AMM, these get contaminated over time, try giving this the EGR and boost sensor a clean. All can cause poor performance and not show any fault codes.
