    Default lambda sensor

    Z18XE engine

I was getting three fault codes all relating to 02 bank 1 sensor 1 failure. Car was running very lean to the point the plugs were white.

Got a brand new genuine Bosch 02 sensor, cleared off fault codes and drove 30 miles. Now it's running rich....

P0170 - Fuel Trim System Rich
    (11) - Present
P0420 - Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
    (5A) - Not present
P0704 - Clutch Switch Input Circuit Malfunction
    (05) - Not present
    P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Open (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
    (04) - Present
    P0130 - O2 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
    (11) - Not present
    P0130 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

P1565 - Cruise Control Interface Malfunction
    (71) - Not present
    U2103 - CAN-Bus Node no Communication

The numbers in brackets - P0170 (11), as P0170 is a general code does anyone know or can list the additional (11) codes? Or a website where i can get specific info on them.

Did you check the wiring too? P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Open (Bank 1 Sensor 1) would imply the wiring harness isn't making a good connection somewhere. Did you clean the O2 sensor electrical plug?

The open cct heater fault code is still present. Have you also checked FE15 in the UEC. Its 10A and supplies the heater cct.

Fuse ok, wiring visibly ok, connection clean.

The fueling lean/rich may also be down to the fuel pump failing, which is being replaced tomorrow.

Then I'll check autodata to get the wiring diagram and pin numbers ECM to 02 sensor and do a continuity test.
