    Default 150 cdti drinking Diesel

I've changed the fuel filter and also done a oil and filter change and its drinking Diesel for fun.

Would the manifold be the culprit if the bar is off the top?

    I've changed the fuel/oil filters.

Is there smoke when you accelerate? If so what colour?

    - Black means it is overfuelling.

    - White means possibly the injectors have given up.

BUT fundamentally are you sure the fuel filter is seated correctly?
If so, have you damaged any fuel lines?
Is there fuel coming out of the Filter area?

    Sounds about right.

Is there any leaks - have you assembled everything back as it should be - ie air tight?
