HIDs Direct.Are they the best?.

I have just got to start a new thread on this subject because,as everyone who has been following the various HID threads will know,I've been having trouble with cheap eBay items recently.
Today,I telephoned HIDs direct and spoke with Martin,explaining my problems and asked could I call in to chat with them?.No problem he said,so off I went,(I live in Stockport).
What a great guy.He listened to all my story then explained to me about cheap kits and their kits in comparison,so I eventually ended up buying a 35w 5000k set complete with everything for £45.!!!!,and two spare cancelers for £30.He did them at this price because of the forums discount allowance and because I collected them,so,if you are thinking about upgrading,then it will pay to go in person if you can manage it.
I can't recommend or praise them enough,the quality of the goods has to be seen to be appreciated,and the service was excellent.FELIXX.

They seem to be the best, especially for us Vec owners. My new kit arrived this morning

Just to add that HID kits are very reliable, the only reason i've bought another kit is because my 4 year old Autoart kit was starting to play up.

By comparison it was a 35w 8000k kit that cost me 170 quid, they are alot cheaper now

Just got mine from HID Direct this morning and now fitted along with new side lights & main beam. Opted for the 50w 6000 kit and I'm extremely happy, they light up my garden wall in the daylight so cant wait for it to go dark!

Very happy with their service and the kit looks top notch

I have not had much experience with many other makes or suppliers, but have found HID-direct and the feedback of those who have used them to be of a high quality and standard.

I will however report more as winter bites and they get more use

its the birghtness mate, like any bulb in the home for example, 50w is brighter that 35w

the 6000k indicates the colour of the light, as far as I understand it anyway! lol
