Put the wheel bolts back in. But not all the way in. Then with a hide mallet hit the tyre. Whilst rotating the wheel. I don,t suggest hitting the rim though, By putting the bolts back in "loose" the wheel will not fly off if it comes loose. Then if you do manage to get the whell off put some "copper" grease on the part of the wheel where it locates on the hub, a little grease on the wheel bolts is a good idea too.

    Default copper slip

Pick up some copper slip ( anti squeal paste ) from motor-store, put a little on each bolt and some on hub face. that should sort you out.

Have you got it off yet?

If not put 2 wheel bolts back on but loose and kick the tyre side to side to 'rock' it off.

Once its off use some sand paper on the hub and inside of the wheel. When your ready to refit the wheel put some copperslip around the hub and where the wheel meets the hub.

except the sandpaper idea. this'll only encourage further corrosion, despite the copperslip, as you'll wear through the lacquer, allowing the salt over the winter to do its thing, making your problem worse.
