Fuse box location on vectra b.help please.

Hope someone can help me.My son has gone away for the weekend,so I said I would fit a set of HIDs for him,which I did yesterday.At the same time,I noticed that the rear number plate light bulbs were out.I checked them,and,although they looked ok changed them anyway,but with no luck.It must be the fuse but he doesn't have a manual and I dont't know where the fuse box is located or which fuse number,etc, it may be.Could someone help me please?.Thanks in advance.FELIXX.

should be fuse 18 10Amp.. Fusebox location is a pull down flap righthand side underneath the dash/steering wheel.

Cheers plasma,it's sods law isn't it?,found the fuse box straight away then noticed its got the standard type of fuses in and I've only got mini ones.Never mind,I'll make sure he gets some tomorrow,together with an owners handbook.(It's about time he spent some of his own money on it!!!).
