Default Clutch slipping on 1.9 CDTi - Valeo parts any good?

I recently had the DMF, Clutch and slave replaced on my 1.9 (150) CDTi, and 2k miles later it is slipping, at the garage they have just removed it and although there is definate signs of slippage, the clutch plate etc looks perfect so the garage are quibbling wether this is indeed faulty clutch and trying to say I have let it ride!!!. No such thing indeed, they have replaced it with another Valeo clutch.

Has anyone had any experience of Valeo clutche's on these vecs?

Got the car back, new clutch fitted, Valeo again.
When I inspected the previous clutch, it only looks like a 10mm wide band near the centre of the clutch plate was in contact so it's no wonder it was slipping, 2000 miles and the VALEO print was almost intact apart from a few scratches!, you can scrape this off with your nail!.
Hopefully I won't have any problems with the new clutch.

Now to sort out all the oil leaks!!!, is there no end to the problems with this engine
