    Question Vauxhall Internet Price

I am thinking of getting a new Insignia 2.0 CDTi SRi Vx-line Red Nav [160] and I notice on the Vauxhall website it shows the internet price as £21500. Can I get this down any further? I have seen brokers offering the same at around £19500 but being the second keeper I doubt I would qualify for the lifetime warranty. I would be a cash buyer, no finance, any ideas?

I was going to go through the internet when I ordered mine, but decided to try the dealers first, and they pretty much can do the same deal, on the plus side of the dealers you can actually haggle for extras and ask any questions thats on your mind

You are not always the second owner when purchasing through an internet broker. Drivethedeal.com supply cars in which you are first owner unles they specifically tell you it is pre-reged. Friend got an S-Max from them at a good discount. Local Ford dealer told them all sorts of horror stories about you not being the actual owner etc. It was all bull poo.

    Default Drive the deal

Tried them, prices not much better than Vauxhall's Internet Price, thanks for the idea though.

My local VX dealer is advertising delivery mileage Insignia CDTi's for £12995. Not I would imagine a SRi, but for that price difference you could alter it.

Do you have the dealer information to hand?

I am waiting to hear back from Perrys in Rotherham about there best price but no call yet. They do a great swappage deal but me being a lowly cash buyer does not seem to spark their interest. If I had a worthless old banger I would probably get a much better deal, unless they are also factoring in some finance allowance too.

If its pre-registered then the V5 document will have Vauxhall as previous owner so possibly will not get full life time warranty as it only covers first owner, as it is a new concept this lifetime not sure what warranty any second owner gets? Must be something as nobody would buy VX ex demonstrators which I normally buy @ 6 months old with approximately 50% off for top of range with approx 5-6k on them

They make a bomb on finance deals from the finance companies.
