Need a bit more info here, what engine is in it? Could be a hose has split or worked lose. Failing that, unplug the MAF sensor from the airbox, see if it starts up then.

This relates to the difference in readings from the maf sensor (the 1 right by the air filter) and the boost sensor pressure (the 1 on the back of the inlet manifold), I would go for the EGR, manifold-throttle body, worn or complete failure of the inlet manifold, or swirl actuator motor, Although i would expect it to start, So try removing the EGR first! there's a guide in the 'how 2' section on this site, remove & clean the EGR & BOOST SENSOR, THEN DO THE THROTTLE BODY, important though is that these are done with carb cleaner and do them well!,do a FULL clean of the EGR including stripping the elec solenoid from it & cleaning, the guide does say lubricate with grease but i WOULDN'T advise this due to very cold conditions can cause the moving parts to stick, use elec contact spray or rust inihibator. there's a guide for all 3 here.
