D2, apex, koni or other brand?

Which is the best of the above brands for suspension kit (lowering springs &shock)??
How much do they cost? (for each)
How much low will they give? (for each)

What is the diff btwn coilovers and lowering springs?

I went Eibach springs and Koni Yellow Adjustables.

Purely because I wanted everyday driving relatively soft. Then hard as a rock for track.

I changed my rear shocks today. Had Irmscher springs&shocks, but the left rear shock was shot and had leaked all fluids/gases. So I bought a set of Bilstein B4's.

I like them more than the Irmy shocks, which were a bit on the rough side. The roughness is gone now, and I'm going to change the fronts too this week.

the spring kit you will jus get the springs so you will have to strip down the original suspension setup and replace with the new springs.

Bilstein B4 front shocks changed today too. The roughness is totally gone for good, and I could only describe the driveability to firm but comfortable with irmy springs (-30mm) and B4's. Cannot feel every stone on the road anymore (which is only a good thing in my opinion).
