Charity meet Beaulieu 28th nov

Hi folks i have been contacted by a member on here who is also an ro on vauxonline they are in the process of organising a meet at Beaulieu on the 28th nov .
They have arranged access to the motor museum and the house at a small discount but with the money going to charity i ask you to support this meet ..
I leave it to james to fill in the details . please give this meet the support it deserves .

A bit more info on the meet

Basicaly we wanted to help raise some money for the salvation army so they can feed the elderly and homeless this CHRISTMAS we have come up with an idea

After contacting Beaulieu National Motor Museum they have said we can have a meet in their event area and also access to their museum



PRICE'S ARE

ADULTS = £15

CHILDREN BETWEEN 5-17 = £6

For this price we save a small bit on entrance and also get premium parking in the event area right next to the Motor Museum which is also fully tarmaced you also get to wander around every thing there including.

Also part of your entrance fee goes to the Salvation Army to help with feeding the elderly and homeless this Christmas

Event starts at 10am

We are currently working on getting the Salvation Army's band to come along to play a few songs in the event area as well

This will also be opened up to other car clubs in the local area so we can have a good mixture of cars and a better turn out to help raise money for a good cause
