Default Pollen Filter Direction Vectra C 2002

    Folks,

Which way round for a new pollen filter in a 2002 Vectra C ? I saw a pic on another thread which had the airflow arrow pointing out from the windscreen. In my head I thought the airflow went toward the screen. Which is correct ? Does it make much difference ?

    Many thanks, Nic

If you have a FRAM one the arrow is the wrong way :-) but it only fits one way.

Some don't have arrows, but if you look there's a folded paper edge top * bottom or a foam strip, the foam edge goes nearest to you, & if its a papar fold the open end towards you. hope this helps.

If you have a filter made by FRAM there is a foam seal around the edge meaning you cant install it the way the arrow points, I dont think it rally matters though its paper either way its going to stop the particles its like trying to breath through a paper bag its not going to make make much differance which side you suck on.

LOL, no worries mate, the words "Air Flow" make you think the arrows are pointing the other way I think.
