what are the best HID's to get?

HID direct. 50W either 4300K oem colour or 6000K (slightly blue white colour) order a set for the Vectra and you will have no canbus issues.

HIDs will also show up the 'yellowness' of all your other side and full beam lights...

I went for the 50W 5000k option since the mtec side lights and the 'ultra' brilliant full beam bulbs I bought were both rated to match 5000K lights... and I can confirm they match my HID's perfectly

At the weekend there, I've just ordered 50w 6000k from HIDs Direct, to replace the Phillips Power Xtreme bulbs.

They are due to arrive today/tomorrow. I'll try and get them fitted by the weekend, and i'll try and post up some pics of before and after.
