Vectra VXR Remap's

Hey, ive had a search on this forum & on the tuning sites to find out which map is the best for my vectra VXR, but i am missing some information.

Can anyone help me update the info i have so i can make a descision.

Thorney - £399
280BHP/345ft IB
Regal - £480
300BHP/300ft IB
Courtney - £575
300BHP/400ft IB
MPG - £650
306BHP/? ft IB


I also would like to know if all of these maps give the same output on the 255 & 280 vectras as i have a 255.

you could also consider bluefin as an option which would give you a handheld device so you could load and remove the map as needed

Yes same output on both 255 and 280 models.

You could do the 'airbox' modification for more power like the 280 models. (Drill a hole in it...)

Absolutely no idea... however, if you look inside a VXR engine bay, does the layout look exactly the same as yours?




If it does, I cant see any reason why the pipe wouldnt fit, but best check with Ian at Midpoint Garages first

Yep its exactly the same even the VXR cover, just without the strut brace. So i'd imagine it will fit.

Ok, I have an update for anyone that is interested.

I've spoken to all of the garages, who have supplied the following information...

Thorney - £399
280BHP/345ft IB
Regal - £565
295BHP/370ft IB
Courtney - £575
295BHP/400ft IB
MPG - £480
310BHP/350ft IB

All of which are based on the 255 model & switchable via the sport button.

As you're based in Kent, how far is Courtenay away from you. Thats the one I would pick or Regal second choice (and see if they will offer a price reduction based on the other prices? maybe?)
