miss-fire on vec c 1.9cdti 150bhp

hi guys from yesturday my car has started miss-firing when at tick over and when driving. has anyone had this issue before do you think it could be glow plugs? many thanks

Very unlikely to be glow plugs as they are only used to assist starting.
Have you had the 3rd cylinder injector plug sorted??
Lift the engine cover if the 4 plugs that power the inj all have yellow clips then it may need doing, modified plugs have blue clips.
To check disconnect plug, clean plug and socket with a bit of WD40 allow to dry and refit If problem goes away then it will need the plug replacing.
New plug costs less than £15 from Vx, however you do need to use a soldering iron to replace.
