    Default Rear door loom

    could someone help me? i need to find out which wire is ground in my rear doors, i dont have elec windows or the wireing for them. the reason i so i can fit leds to light the handle up, have run a live wire to the footwell lights but did not find the need to run an ground wire. any help is very greatfull

    You can probably use a crimped ring onto any of the screws or bolts holding the winding mechanism. Test the screws / bolts with a multimeter or infact the ground wire from the LEDs, if the LED lights up, you have found ground.

    Although there does seem to be a common theme of brown wires being ground on Vectra C models.

    Dont think mine does not have a big brown wire just a thin one. shall check tomorrow.

    i would rather piggy back of the earth wire, shall try what you said tomorrow.

    you can use a neutral or earth for a l.e.d mate
    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info
