    Default New phone contract

As above. Just got a contract with 3mobile (Hmmm, we'll see). 400 free anytime/any network mins and 250 txts (can't remember how many video calls or multimedia messages). Free SonyEricsson K610i with 3G for £9.99/month However, I have just checked my account usage and it says that I have 780 voice mins and 493 txts left for this month

Just be careful it is not a cashback deal.

A lot of deals say it is £4.99/£9.99 etc per month, it is only when you read the details that it is £25/£35 per month and every 3/4/6/9 months (Depends on contract) you send the bill in to them and they refund the money back to you.

I have 2 contracts at the moment, 1 on 3 where I pay £35 per month but claim most of that back so it is £2.99 per month, and another on Vodafone whcih is £8 for the first 6 months and £16 per month afterwards and I can claim all of that back so I pay nothing.

Yeah, i'll second that, mines £30 pm Nokia 60 phone, with 3 mths half price and 3 mths free, working out at £18.75 in real terms over 12 mths.

I've been with 3 now for over two yrs, not really had any hassle from them, granted it is in India for customer services but they all do as much as they can to help you, local lingo accent does make ppl say bad things of them, you just have to be sure you heard right when calling them.

It is the cashback type but that was made clear to me from the word go and I'm ok with that. This is the first contract I've ever had and was sort of done on a wim. At the end of the term, I'll go back to o2 I think. Thing is, there are sooooo many different types of contract.....

3 are a cracking network mate, it all depends on what area you live in, down south they have fantastic coverage.. only downside is that the call centre is abroad.

but you do get a heck of a lot of mins plus if you video talk and text you also get a suplement of money you can use to download football highlights, music vids etc etc.

I used to work for a company that sold all networks such as 3, o2, voda, t-mob etc.

3 and o2 were storming off the shelves, now Orange and T-mob are in with quite a good shout, Voda are just damn expensive.

Well they didn't tell me in the shop, but I've found out for myself, that I have double minutes and texts at the moment (800 voice mins & 500 texts), I don't know how long that's gonna last, but I don't want to say anything in case it is a mistake and they take them off me LOL
