difficult to tell from that pic, but i would think not mine has a built in formed part directly under the mirror that houses the sensors, the one in the pic has'nt.
but someone out there may different earlier type maybe???

Yes it is.

Looks to have the connecting plug still attached and possibly (but unlikely) the rain sensor.
