    Default condensation in fog light

I have some condensation in the n/s fog light. No visible cracks or damage but annoying. Is there any fixes for this or do I remove it, dry it silicone the seals and refit?

i had an issue with this, but it was after drilling it to put a 2nd set of sidelights in fogs

best thing to do it remove it dry in sun or with hair dryer and try to seal and visable gaps, or whatever could be letting in moisture

Common fault. Vauxhall offer a snorkel kit that's *supposed* to help with ventilation problems. Search for snorkel on here.

Alternately, do what I did - put one of those moisture absorbing bags (silica gel, or desiccant) that you sometimes find come with a pair of shoes or some electrical goods. I haven't had any moisture return since putting one in the bottom of the removable cover of the N/S front fog light.

You can get 10 large 7/10g packets for a quid on fleabay...

Just had to do this myself as i got water in there. Best to unseal take the caps off first and leave car facing sunlight. then put one of the bags in, no issues since.

I have noticed it in the O/S one today. Think it is quite common though.
