First shots of mine of the new "Jock"

I picked this one up 5.30pm Monday looking truly immaculate I mean brand spanking new immaculate the attention to detail was amazing from Evans Halshaw.

The alloys which have all been refurbished have been done in a slightly more smokey silver than stock and I think it looks amazing personally, very very subtle but lovin this twist!

at lunchtime Tuesday I was on the M6 heading to Bolton, the car is truly a delight and everything feels just so "right" this time around I have no nagging doubts no hesitations nothing.

Arrived home last night about 9pm after a 540 mile trip and felt that I was getting to know the ways of this car.

Economy is down on the previous car by 2mpg and she does feel rather tight to be frank, performance is down also but I don't care about that.

I swapped my plate on at 9.15am this morning and did some other mod's
1. Insignia washers
2. Aero wipers
3. CCV atmos mod
4. Headlamp Aim adjust

to add to
Xenon's fitted, mudflaps fitted.

All that remains short term is the H1 bulbs to upgrade Diadems to refit and the parking sensor kit which arrived yesterday.

I need to do another full car correction as the body is full of holograms and swirls but that needs to wait till spring as I may be daft but I am not stupid and this cold weather is not for me

The pics are after a simple rinse with the jet wash no shampoo as I am working again this afternoon and just wanted to get the bulk of the filth off.

whats the insignia jets do?.. to they 'spray' the wash onto the screen rather than squirt?

Yes they are a large maybe 120 degree fan, after two days with jets again I firmy believe they use far less water as well!

Nice wee mod of £5 ish

Very smart motor, the black SRis do look great. Hope all goes well with it.

If somebody could post up the link to the thread for fitting the insignia washer jets then that'd be good.
