Rear suspention knock

Hi guys,

have got a knock on rear suspension thats probably more felt than heard if that makes sense?!

I had an advisory for the rear wishbone upper mount rubbers deteriorating, so this will be my first port of call. How difficult are they to change? Whats access like and can i do them without a ramp without problems?
