    Default Headrest DVD screen re-appolster

    i need to find a company in the west midlands / shropshire that can remove the leather from my single headrest with built in screen... and replace it with fabric as like my seats ... vec life 07 reg

    if i was richer id get the VXR seats but as im not.. then keepin what iv got

    any advice is much appreciated

    best of luck mate im in the same boat i have leather dvd 1s and was looking for them re upholsterd cant find any where chaep prob better selling them and buying cloth 1s may be a cheaper option for you mate

    I remember i was goin to do it last year and somewhere quoted me £100 to do one headrest

    you could try a headrest cover over it i cant with mine as mine has zipper covers to cover the screens wen not in use but if you dont have that u could just trim the headrest covers around the screens and use velcro strips

    think you have misunderstood me what im saying is buy a set of headrest covers from the likes of ebay pull them over the headrests you have and use a craft knife and trim around where the screen is so the screen is showng throu and u cant see the original headrest below it then slide velcro strips under the headrest covers so they stick down

    all so depending on what make etc the screens are some just pop out the headrests and u could dye the head rest but its still going to be leather or leather look and not cloth this is why i said try the headrest cover method first

    yeh it a leather look cheap thing. i was thinking that for an exact match i might try a breakers for the same seats and take material from them and make my own.. how hard can it be

    once the screen fits back in over the hole it should fit snug

    then again... i have been proven wrong before now
