    Default Advice .. Help needed

    Put my car in to get rear air vents fixed needed a new pipe .. So job was done goes and get my car. vents working fine made up .... So starts the car and drives away..The car is auto... When driving away noticed that the Change fom 1st to 2nd was harsh jumped In to gear then the same though the rest of the gears .. Was stuck in second then forth no power just all over the place .... Took it back to them.. Well now it's in vx and there saying its air pressure sensor or monitor ... Dont make sense to me an help ...thanks kev

    Just stick to your guns that the car was running perfect before they had it and they have obviously ballsed something up whilst working on it, don't pay for them to sort out their mistakes either.

    they may have caught the shift lever/bowden cable and put it out of adjustment,if so it's a matter of re adjustment.just a thought Kev

    Sounds like it, as the pipe for the rear vents run right alongside the gear cables.

    Thanks lads and that would make more sense to me than the air reg..... There phoneing me today ... They have had the car for a week now and seem to be strugglering to fined the fault last phone call it was electrical we will see... Will keep you posted on the out come .... Just want me car back lol only had the thing for 3 weeks ...... Thanks kev

    Well after 7 days without my car going to pic it up at 12.30 ... After everyone scratching there head at vxh they found the problem the timing chain so they have put new one on and say is all good to go we will see lol .... Will let you all no how things go when I get it .... Thanks for all you time and help lads ... Hopefully now I can start to add a few mods

    well problems all sorted now car feels much better and alot quieter now the timeing chain has bin replaced feels like a new car .....auto box working like it should love me car againe lol
