Member of which Armed Forces?

Just thought I would see how many people on this forum are in the UK Armed Forces and which force are you a member of?
Could a moderator add a public poll please with the options of Army, Navy and RAF? Thanks

I always wanted to join the engineering team in any one of the forces, glad i didn't as I was diagnosed as diabetic at 20 so woud have got either kicked out or stuck behind a desk

Just started my 21st Year. 3 to go until i finish. Its had its ups and downs along the way, but the majority of time its been pretty good.

I think the only thing ill be glad to see the back of is the uncertainty of whats going to happen next.. Planning is a big part of service life... but trying to plan your own life around it can sometimes be a royal pain in the butt!

Sorry to hear that Sean. If you had joined up in any force, if they did consider discharging you, you would have been set for life with a monthly medical payout (probably not much though).

I got arrested at RAF Cosford back in 1989 for writing my name in the snow outside the guardroom... Lets just say, that the writing was yellow!

Funny ole thing, my boss didn't see it in the same humour as i did!

11 years so far in the army couldn't see my self doing anything else.
