Default No lights on door switches?

Just bought a 56 plate 3.0 CDti and there is no lights on either the drivers or passenger door switches. All the switches work fine so should they be illuminated like the Astra is?

As I'm still waiting for the owners manual, I have no idea which fuse feeds them. Maybe it's blown so does anyone know which fuse feeds them (and what else would be missing if it's either blown or missing)?

theres not a seperat fuse for that.. as they are all linked together via Gray/yellow wire., så rather check that it hasnt been removed from the plug.

Does the interiur light come on when you open the door? (as it can be coding error on both DDM and PDM)

If you've got an accessory socket (istead of a fag lighter) then you won't have any illumination around the socket or ashtray.

OK that makes sense, even though there is an ashtray there's no fag lighter itself just the socket so assume that's for SatNav etc. So back to why those door switches won't light up

Correct. You won't be able to put a ciggy lighter in it either as the hole size is slightly smaller.
