    confused LMF 314mm kit with 16inch steel rims

    Hi Guys

    - anyone fitted the 314mm disc/calliper combination with 16inch steels?

    They fit with the 16" spare wheel as it comes as standard with the V6 engines like all the other engines. I'd expect they would, might be best seeing if you can get someone to find out for you...

    I have the 314mm brakes and 17" wheels and I would say that 16" would fit but tight. I would worry about the stick on balanceing weight though unless you have steel wheel which you will be ok ( I think )

    lmf say.....

    314mm brake upgrade for the Vectra C and Signum.

    This kit contains 314mm ventilated discs, calipers and brake pads.

    Minimum 16" wheel diameter required.

    good luck trying to find a complete new set though.

    lmf can't supply 314mm

    try neo brothers on web

    or go to scrap dealers and find 04-05 V6

    Brilliant looks like a goer then - thanks guys

    Sorry didn't do a good job of explaining myself - already got the discs, just trying to sort out a set of winter tyres on 16-inch rims. With the 18 inch boots/potenzas I can't even get-up the road!

    buy some snow boots

    thats what i'm doing

    last winter was a lesson the the vectra;s lack of ability in the snow.

    and i've driven in snow every year for 25 years

    shame really , you'd think it would cope better
