    Default Finally!!!!!

After a 10 day wait, she was ready for me and BOY! she looked like she was brand new,,,,, for about 30 seconds, then it ****ed down, but I did get a chance to walk around her dry.

Both bumpers and the wing / door below the running strip were painted all four alloys (only one was really marked however) refurbished, and the car polished up for me.
Internally a new gear lever plus the gaiter and console surround gave the gearshift a lovely tight feel.
The new DMF clutch pack felt wonderful with a really nice light pedal full of progression.
The engine is as sweet as a nut much softer in tone than the previous CDTi but felt slower however I have only driven 7 miles home so far.
I will report more on this as tomorrow I am doing Stewarton Manchester, then Wednesday Manchester Harrogate, Stewarton a nice 600 mile road trip.

One glitch with Insurance so she's still on the 57 plate for now but I plan to try and squeeze a trip to DVLA between meeting's Thursday as the retention cert., should let me get a disc there and then and all I do is screw on the plates.

All in despite having no time to do any mod's apart from new mats I just feel a true sense of relief. If it is dry on Saturday I will get the HID's and the rest of the bulbs fitted then try to get the mudflaps on and paint up the calipers. I fancy blue again but an still thinking this time after sedeing some of the yellow ones on here

I will get some new pics on later in the week once the re-build begins.

I did fit them, and my mudflaps and found that the car has had four brand new GM discs and pads fitted as well

I have to admit that I find the 4300K bulbs fitted are more pleasing to my eyes than the 6K ones as they look much more OEM and blend in better.

Just driven from Harrogate to Stewarton up the A1, A66 Scotch corner, M6/M74/M77 saw quite a few pretty Vectra's and signum along the way had a wonderful time this ones a defo Keeper boys
