Default 1.9 cdti auto, conversion to man gearbox

    Hello all.

right got a little bit of work todo but wanted to check whats needed in doing this conversion.

the reason for it being down is the auto box is screwed fitted a new one and thats screwed as well.

no i know i need the following but have i missed any thing.

    gearbox
    flywheel
    clutch
    gearbox mounts front and back
    clutch hydrolic piping
    clutch slave
    clutch pedal and brake pedal

im guessing the drive shafs arthe same.

also is there any ecu's that need to be changed?

and does any one know which wire is on the loom to the selecter unit that does the starting ie confirm its in park?

    Cheers

It's not worth the hassle just go buy a manual.

Far too much work to do to convert.

As already suggested, conversion is gonna be extremely labour intensive and costly...

If it was me, I'd be getting shot of the gearbox fubar car and buying another, or I might consider buying up a same colour good running but panel/crash damaged vec and using the old vec for spare parts/panels..
