Just input the email addresses into the search bar of who you might think it will be and it will take you to there Facebook account that the address is linked to. Also you cant have 2 facebook account on on email account.
I'll take a stab and say no way, not just from an IP address (internet protocol) unless you were one hell of a hacker, or in the police/government.
It could be dangerous if "joe public" could access that kind of info.
edit: maybe take this up with facebook? If you're sure someone is impersonating someone else, then that can't be legal.

Goto Whatismyipaddress.com and enter the IP it will give you some info such as area and Internet Provider etc, ie Rob I can see your ISP is BT..
the area that will show is where your internet provider's server is based. Could be miles away - mine is about 200 miles from my town
You can sometimes tell who someone is from their IP address (if they have a fixed IP address and if their IP provider registers the info) but more commonly for individuals the only info available is that of their IP provider.
For instance I use PlusNet and my IP address comes up as London (I'm in Fife) but if I log in when I'm at work it comes up as my employer of course.
There is no way you will be able to trace this person yourself. unless...............
you somehow gained access to the facebook servers and found the ip of the user account which posted the profile. This information will sit somewhere inside one of the many logs held on the server.
Then you will need to find out whether the ip is static (e.g Cable) or dynamically assigned by the ISP (e.g. ADSL).
As was stated above, it is sometimes possible to find out the owner of a static IP address (not always).
if its dynamic, then you'll need to ask the ISP for the details of the person to whom the IP address was assigned at the time. This is information that they will never divulge without good reason.
Yes you can trace an e-mail address to a server but this will only provide the details of the server that the account sits on, not the actual person in most cases.
it will be quite a challenge as said above, it is however illegal to start and run a social network page pretending to be someone else, this is due to child protection related stuff, i.e. start a page pretending to be 15 and your actually 50!
