    Default Moulded Mud flaps

    Chaps.

After some of the VX moulded mud flaps for my Vec C sri hatch.

    Seen these from LMF:
    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-VECTR...item51958ecb80

But they say not for Sri.. Is that a mistake as I am sure the moulded ones fit the Sri, just not the XP ones.?

Mine is a pre face 2005 BTW.

    Default

They do NOT fit the SRi directly
You need to modify them to fit, exactly the same as the OE version

They are basically covering themselves in case you make the modfication incorrectly and attempt to return them for replacement

Is it the mudflap that requires modification to fit or the trim on the car..?

Rubbish, the pre-face sri ones are a direct fit onto the an sri without modification. The only cars that can't have the moulded flaps are the VXR and XP models

i dont see why they would fit a ls and not an sri as the side sills are the same dimensions and so are the rear bumpers.

I have the moulded ones and the rears fit perfectly but the fronts always had a slight opening around the sill that was caused by the curvature on the mudflap mould being too tight, so this time I intend to have a craft knife to hand and trim them out very gently till they form a tight fit
