Help with Vectra exhaust please!!!

So, I have a Vectra Exclusiv 120 56 Reg 1.9 CTDI. I have a hole or something similar in the flexi joint on the exhaust pipe and I am getting the exhaust smell in the car at low speeds with the air vents on. VX dealer wants to change everything including the cat with about 700 pounds and that's out of the question. Plasma told me that the cheapest way ( around 30-50 £) it will be to buy a flexi joint from e-bay and to weld it on to replace the original. So I found something like this, but now I need your help. I need the exact size of the original flexi joint...lenght and diameter. And also if you know some good , honest cheap mechanics around CO9. Thank you in advance!

Take it to a custom exhaust place, they'll more than likely have the correct one in stock and will put it on for about 70 odd quid all in

Like I said before...2 problems: low on cash and I don't know any good garages around at all, but thanks for your quick answer.
