Default Fault Code on Vec C door module: B2966 - Driver Doorknob Circut Open or High Voltage

    So,

We have the following code on chrisvectra's Vec C 2005 CDTI 150:
B2966 - Driver Doorknob Circut Open or High Voltage

Any ideas what that refers too? Doorknob??

Weird one.. All works on the drivers door as it should

    Baffled!!

So - looks like its a non issue Chris!

Ive also read it can be where a door lock has been changed for a new type that doesnt support this perticular function..

for some reason that t/c is always stored in vectra's from 2005 onwards wouldn't worry about it if everything is working ok.

Yes its a commen error, have it on mine, after i changed my old door lock.

The old lock when pressed the pin, it locked all doors, the new lock dont. so its probaly a removal from facelift doorlocks. (mines a prefacelift, but new locks is replacement, and now just as the facelift)
