Default Door alignment - How to adjust?

My drivers-side rear passenger door is out of alignment to the the other doors. I think the previous owner must hace had a knock. I noticed after I had bought it back in February. I was a little annoyed that I hadn't spotted it at the time but the doors open and close ok and thought I'd get round to doing something about it eventually.

Well here I am ready to align the door. Never done it before but I'm a fairly practical guy and thing I can see how to adjust it but thought I'd post up some pics and ask advise from anyone who has done it before:

IF LOOSEN THIS SCREW WILL I BE ABLE TO MOVE THE LOWER PART OF THE PASSENGER DOOR INWARDS TO ALIGN WITH THE DRIVERSIDE DOOR?...

    No.
However, if you loosen the two screws on the hinge (just crack them off, not loosen fully off), you might get some play, enough to ease the bottom of the door in.

Do you mean the two bolts on the right of the last pic? Isn't that just holding the door to the hinge. I can see if I tighten them up it may pull the door in but not by loosening them up! Did I get the wrong end of the stick?

the thing you have circled just allows you to take the door off the pins.. what pedro said undo other two bolt or four if there is two hinges and should be enough play in there to straighten up . a bit..

Like I said, and backed up by Paul, the only way to do it is to slacken off the 2 other screws on the bottom hinge (the ones you haven't circled) and push the door back in place and re-tighten.

Being a "fairly practical" kinda guy, you'll find it a doddle.
