Default Exhaust System for Signum 3.0

Just got the car back form its service and they have told me it wont pass its MOT because the brackets holding the exhaust have corroded. One barcket has actually broken completly. Cost for replacement is a staggering £720!

I've been in touch with MIJ about a replacement after reading recommendations on this forum - I think they can supply one by post which I can then get fitted locally I hope.

Does anyone know of suppliers closer to Fife who might be able to supply an exhaust at a reasonable price?

    Dont fancy going to kwik-fit!

    Thanks,

why not just get a new bracket/arm welded on by a fabricators mate - save yourself some money .........unless you needed an excuse to get a stainless set up

Not sure about getting it welded - the bracket thats broken is attached to the pipe that runs from the rear 2 boxes - to the mid section. DO you think this can be fixed? IF so where?

A few people are recommending C&C in Hillington - anyone used them?

Who gave you that price? I paid £360 for the twin rear silencer from Vauxhall for the 3.0.
