After video cut off it runs fine mate i just went out and checked boost hoses and no cracks or splits but i took a pic of the inside of my Inlet manifold (i think thats what its called ) looks a bit dirty to me lol
She started 1st time a minute ago no smoke but if left for a few hours she will struggle again and make some weird noises like its struggling,could it be the battery ?

Have you got any jump leads?, you said that you dont think the glow plugs are working, you could by pass the relay by getting someone ready on the key, take power directly from the battery to the glow plugs just to eliminate them as a bad starting cause just give them 3/4 seconds to see if it starts any better(when cold). jazzing over the engine with no glow heat will cause smoke, but saying that both my 2.0di & 2.2dti would just start with no cranking at all.
The noise interupting the jazzing would be the starter kicking in/out as the engine nearly catches a couple of times.
If i take temp sensor plug off and force glowplugs on it starts first time from cold mate

Nope i took temp plug off the other morning to check to see if it started without smoke with glowplugs on thus ruling out injector seals,because i was told if seals are leaking it would be hard to start regardless of glowplugs or not

ok , did the glow plug light stay on for long?
sounds like either a faulty relay or hows the temp gauge been working latley have you been getting 'normal' readings.

As soon as she didn't start i popped temp sensor off and she started first turn of the key.
Temp was erratic for a while it would go upto 90 then slowly return to 0
I changed temp sensor around 6 months ago because it was going up and down a bit, At the moment on a long run it will go a little bit past 90 then slowly drop to 40 ish.
If it was a relay wouldn't it show as a fault though ?
Plus when i just tried to start it a minute ago engine was warm still so it wouldn't need glowplugs would it,strange how it starts first time with glowplugs on though.
Tested battery its 12.2 then 14.5 started
Need help on this as there's no fault code,glowplugs seem to be working all though it was cold last night and when i started her this morning it was 10 degrees and no glowplug light came on.
But she starts fine with temp sensor off forcing glowplugs on .
I could change relay but its £40 and i haven't got that sort of money to waste if its not the problem

If possible can someone please confirm that if car starts ok on forced glowplugs then injector seals are not the cause of starting problem, Because i thought if air was in fuel system it would just crank until air was dispelled ?
