    Default handbrake lever

    hi guys. was wondering if anybody knows how to take off the cover on the handbrake lever i want to put another on (leather one from vauxhall) thers a hole under the handbrake wondered if this had anything to do with it cheers.ive got a 2006 cdti 120 cheers

    You can't take it off the covers slip over the top of them

    ??? have you tried to take it off afaik there non replaceable however i may be wrong,why don't you try pulling it off

    ?? they are held on with a little nut. You use a small allen key to losen this. The new handle then attaches back the same way???

    lol my mistake i was thinking of irmy one's they slip over original handbrake

    Dont want to hijack. Just my handbrake takes about 6-7 clicks before it holds its passed mot last month does it sound ok ? how can i adjust it so it works on about 3 clicks or do the pads need changing?. on my phone and it wont let me start threads so sorry for hijack
