Im Ashley, Im 22 years old and i lost my vauxhall virginity to the vectra c 1.8ls that i currently own. previous to my lovely vec c i was a full on FORD man. having had a fair few (all with uber probs) which made me switch to vx.
my last ford was a focus 1.8 zetec. the only thing i can say is it handled really well. but in the brief 18months that i owned it i had warped four sets of brake disks. i had a flooded passenger foot well. a big rust problem 4 gearboxes and 3 driveshafts.

ive been here for a few months and the guys are great. always fixing my probs for me. gotta say after a few teething probs with my vec being. new radiator mounts. rear washer pipe came out. central display blew. cruise control broke 6 TIMES!!. brake pad wear sensors broke. and handbreak broke.

but........ and this is a big full bodied BUTT. i love my motor. sure its got about as much poke as a 90 year old man with no viagra but its cool.

and a word of advice for any new joiners to the site... listen to these guys as they really know there stuff.
