I have come across this product (Liqui Moly Diesel Throttle Valve Cleaner) online and it reads well. Used an equivalent on a Petrol Passat before and it made quite a difference. Surely would beat taken the intake off to clean and reassemble - or will it?
Any feedback on either method would be really great as I am rapidly approaching the 100k mark and have just cleaned EGR (a doddle) and boost sensor (5 Minute job).
Naturally if anyone wants to order it and try it for me better yet
May even be worth a group order from good old Germany
